SalsaBodyWork


Salsa Body Work is body and movement training to help you improve your dance technique and body control. It focuses on building body awareness to help you learn, and on giving you a solid understanding of body movement so you can grow your creative dance potential.

Salsa Body Work uses a variety of methods. A main concept is Laban/Bartenieff movement analysis, paired with a strong focus on body and movement awareness. The body-mind connection is explored through principles like ideokinesis, with a solid foundation in experiential anatomy.
